the process
01/
Hey, hello
A few months before the wedding.
We can meet for a drink, coffee or via video call, no obligation.
Here we can get to know each other and you can see if I am the right fit for you. I learn a little bit about you and what you had in mind, and run you through the whole process. If we decide we’re a match, we lock in your date with a 60% deposit (non refundable).
02/
Get cooking
Two to three months before the wedding.
Here is where we cook up your perfect ceremony! I will shoot you a questionnaire to get the ball rolling, then we will work on a shared file together which will include the full plan for the ceremony.
03/
Lock it in
Three weeks before the wedding.
At this point I suggest you order your marriage licence (Don’t worry I’ll send you a reminder and can guide you through it). We will also check in to ensure we have the ‘day of’ logistics on lock and the ceremony finalized. I will attend your rehearsal also (this is usually a day or so before the wedding) The final 40% of my fee is paid at the three week out mark.
04/
Big day
Woo hoo! The day is finally here!
Nerves may be high, but you can relax and really lean into the day of celebration knowing that I am fully prepared and here to guide you through everything we have planned.
BIG LOVE
The ‘Big Love’’ package is a fully personalised wedding ceremony. I work with you to design a ceremony that is uniquely yours.
Initial meeting PLUS up to TWO planning meetings PLUS ONE rehearsal meeting.
Unlimited correspondence and edits/tweaks of the ceremony.
Access to my ‘Cakewalk’ guide – a how to for writing vows, an outline of legal stuff, checklists and a source of inspiration.
Completion of all legal requirements.
A PA sound system.
Vow cards with your vows printed.
Travel up to 40km from Avondale, Auckland. Additional travel costs may apply for distances further.
Total = $1,000
A 60% non refundable deposit will be required to book their date, with the final 40% due for payment three weeks prior to the wedding date. Payment is made via bank transfer.
lil sweetie
The ‘Lil Sweetie’’ package is a bite sized ceremony, (max 10 minutes) using a standard script that you can mix and match to suit your style. A simple ceremony, with a lil’ personalisation.
Initial meeting PLUS ONE rehearsal meeting.
One edit/tweak of the ceremony.
Access to my ‘Cakewalk’ guide – a how to for writing vows, an outline of legal stuff, checklists and a source of inspiration.
Completion of all legal requirements.
A PA sound system.
Vow cards with your vows printed.
Travel up to 40km from Avondale, Auckland. Additional travel costs may apply for distances further.
